Family Park Montana is a new complex located at the entrance of the city, next to the TeMax Home Shopping Center.

The project envisions two standalone buildings for retail and services, a children’s playground, and a lushly landscaped parking area for customers.

The plan includes stores for industrial goods from various retail chains, as well as a hypermarket for food products.
The entrances to the retail units are oriented toward the car parking area.
